Job Summary

The Slot Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our casino's slot machines. This includes interacting with customers, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line customer service liaison, answering questions and assisting with game orientation
  • Motivate and develop Slot Attendants on the floor
  • Participate in a professional and supportive environment for all Casino staff
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to ensure guests have an enjoyable gaming experience
  • Report issues to the Slot Shift Manager
  • Sign jackpots and cancelled credits
  • Clear bill and ticket jams and check game and voucher histories to maintain game integrity
  • Actively seek out and address customer needs and machine problems
  • Assist with awareness of and excitement for on-going and up-coming Casino promotions
  • Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1 year Slot experience preferred along with previous supervisory experience
  • Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Manual dexterity, technical aptitude, and trouble shooting ability is an asset

Work Environment

  • Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, non-traditional work hours
