Job Summary

As a Slot Attendant/Supervisor with Great Canadian Entertainment, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while overseeing the slot machines on the gaming floor. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and pay off jackpots and cancel credits, ensuring game integrity and resolving customer disputes
  • Monitor and observe slot players and machines, offering assistance and advice on various games and machines
  • Perform routine procedures with slot machine printers, bill validators, and other equipment
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Assist with awareness of and excitement for on-going and up-coming casino promotions
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and pleasant environment for customers
  • Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset
  • Strong understanding of slot operations and knowledge of gaming policies
  • Ability to multi-task, lead, and motivate in a busy environment
  • Excellent customer relations, staff relations, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Second language an asset
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Gaming Registration within applicable province
