Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Move Way Logistics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your primary objective will be to deliver top-notch customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will act as a liaison between our company and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. You should be well-versed in CRM software and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and concerns above all else. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between our company and clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Update and maintain customer information in our database.
  • Understand our services and provide customers with accurate information.
  • Keep track of customer accounts, recording account information and issues reported.
  • Handle customer complaints actively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high-quality services.
  • Take orders, calculate charges, and process customer information.
  • Answer customer questions, maintaining healthy relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer accounts for changes and resolve any issues.
  • Generate sales leads for our clients.
  • Maintain a record of tasks undertaken and submit to higher management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM software, such as Zoho or Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of social media is an added benefit.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
