Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Move Way Logistics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Your primary objective will be to act as a liaison between our company and our clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to possess a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will also be responsible for generating sales leads and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management.
  • Generate sales leads and maintain a positive relationship with our clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of social media and its applications in customer service.
