Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at WIPTEC. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, operations, and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and transmit information between customer requests and our operational process
  • Act as an intermediary between operations, customers, and carriers to resolve issues and improve communication
  • Coordinate and communicate the receipt and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Rigorously maintain data and information in our WMS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage, plan, and follow up on customer returns and inbound and outbound transfers, minimizing delays and errors
  • Administer daily tasks and projects to support the operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity

Requirements

  • Strong sense of priorities and agility to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and carriers
