To enhance our European operations, we are seeking a Head of Regional Sales—an energetic business leader with established market expertise and a robust client network capable of driving our business forward and overseeing our remotely located sales team focused on new client acquisition and partnerships.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Head of Global Sales

Key Responsibilities

  1. Transform existing contacts and clients into new business ventures.
  2. Generate new leads through market analysis, attendance at conferences, cold outreach, and other effective methods for prospecting.
  3. Lead recruitment initiatives to build the sales team in collaboration with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.
  4. Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives established in conjunction with management.
  5. Identify market opportunities and keep abreast of competitive developments.
  6. Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and act as the primary liaison for strategic/VIP accounts.
  7. Collaborate with Sales Administration throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales phases to ensure quality execution.
  8. Ensure sales processes align with company policies and regulatory standards.
  9. Inspire, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
  10. Guarantee timely delivery of the appropriate products and services to clients.
  11. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  12. Participate in the selection process for new hires and mentor new team members while upholding company values and policies.

Qualifications

  1. Over 10 years of experience in client-facing roles within the Financial Services or Banking sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of the securities market.
  3. A valid network of business contacts to establish a sales pipeline within the first 90 days.
  4. Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional and experience managing a senior sales team in the industry.
  5. Motivated for sales, particularly in hunting and new business development, with excellent time management skills.
  6. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
