About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead our Canadian operations as Managing Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our presence in the Canadian market, and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in Canada.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company's overall vision and goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional business development experience, preferably in the Air Traffic or Defence industries.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and revenue.
