Demand Generation Strategist

Docebo is seeking a driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our team.
In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute strategic programs to cultivate growth within key industries (enterprise, government, and others), ensuring seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts. This collaborative position involves working closely with designers, paid media managers, business development representatives, events marketing, revenue operations, and more.
As a strategist at heart, you thrive on both conceptualizing innovative campaigns and executing them effectively. You possess a comprehensive understanding of diverse B2B growth channels (SEO, paid media, outbound, ABM, events) and how to accurately measure their performance.
Responsibilities:- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored for target industries, encompassing content marketing, paid advertising, ABM strategies, events, and webinars.
- Take ownership of revenue generation: report on ARR and pipeline growth, focusing on tangible business outcomes rather than lead volume.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to gain a deep understanding of segment-specific pain points and develop marketing campaigns that effectively address these challenges.
- Work in tandem with the product team to ensure marketing messaging consistently aligns with product features and benefits for each target segment.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and actively participate in collaborative lead nurturing initiatives with the broader team.
- Optimize unit economics for strategic segments, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- You bring experience in enterprise growth marketing or a similar role, ideally within a B2B technology company (1+ years in B2B, 3+ years in marketing).
- You stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in demand generation.
- You possess a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buyer journeys, and account-based marketing strategies.
- Experience in executing multi-channel campaigns from conception to successful delivery is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
