Demand Generation Strategist

At MASS Engines, we're seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to drive our pipeline and grow awareness and consideration of our demand generation solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for formulating, developing, and executing direct B2B marketing initiatives to engage our select audience of marketing leaders at mid-sized and large B2B companies.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Devise cutting-edge B2B Demand Generation campaign strategies leveraging optimal channels and experiences that drive progressive engagement with our audience.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Campaign Optimization: Evaluate performance of campaign strategies, channels, and tactics to continually refine and improve.
- Content Creation and Delivery: Oversee creation and delivery of content that addresses audience needs in our areas of expertise.
- Go-to-Market Approach: Collaborate with leadership team on refining go-to-market approach, including customer pain points and core messaging themes.
- Marketing and Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and ensure marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Industry Knowledge and Relationships: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships, grow knowledge, and promote the company.
- Partnerships and Vendor Management: Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Marketing Budget Management: Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds to maximize outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, communication, advertising, or related field.
- B2B Demand Generation Experience: At least 1 year of B2B Demand Generation experience.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B demand generation, and account-based marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing to mid-sized and large B2B companies.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Marketing Automation platforms, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Digital Marketing Certificate: Certificate in Digital Marketing (considered an asset).
- Marketing and Analytics Tools: Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketing Automation Platforms, Google and/or Adobe Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- B2B Social Media: Working knowledge of B2B social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and productive climate with all internal and external parties.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to leverage and analyze data and analytics to identify trends and make marketing recommendations that align with branding and campaign improvement.
