About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Wealthsimple. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives growth and revenue for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Own the planning and execution of all demand generation tactics, campaigns, and measurement.
  • Utilize technical expertise to accelerate growth through paid digital platforms and channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, Sales, and Brand, to effectively engage our target audience.
  • Stay ahead of the latest digital industry trends, platforms, and technologies, maintaining close relationships with leading tools and platforms.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Strong technical background in App Marketing, Paid Digital, and optimizing/scaling multi-million dollar campaigns.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
