At MASS Engines, we are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth and increase awareness of our demand generation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing direct B2B marketing initiatives to engage our target audience of marketing leaders at mid-sized and large B2B companies.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement cutting-edge B2B demand generation campaign strategies to drive progressive engagement with our audience
- Measure and report on campaign success using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
- Content Creation and Delivery
- Oversee the creation and delivery of content that addresses audience needs in our areas of expertise
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our go-to-market approach, including customer pain points and core messaging themes
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts and ensure marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Partner with the Services team and clients to share effective marketing strategies and tactics, as well as identify client successes for future content development
- Industry Knowledge and Relationships
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships, grow knowledge, and promote the company
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Marketing Budget Management
- Manage all marketing vendor relationships, along with spending and budgets
- Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, allocating funds to maximize outcomes
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, communication, advertising, or related field
- At least 1 year of B2B demand generation experience
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B demand generation, and account-based marketing
- Experience marketing to mid-sized and large B2B companies
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, marketing automation platforms, and social media
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Certificate in Digital Marketing (considered an asset)
- Professional office environment
- Using a computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse for extended periods of time
- Travel within Canada and USA may be required for events and customer meetings: 10%
