Position: Tap Changer Condition Assessment Specialist

In the role of Tap Changer Condition Assessment Specialist, you will be instrumental in the creation and execution of diagnostic algorithms to evaluate the status of tap changers. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients in overseeing their transformer assets through expert monitoring services, fostering technological leadership in tap changer diagnostics, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remain informed about the latest technological advancements and market dynamics in transformer monitoring, particularly regarding tap changers.
  • Suggest creative solutions for monitoring tap changers.
  • Work closely with product management to outline the development roadmap for monitoring services.
  • Design and implement algorithms for tap changer monitoring.
  • Deliver training and technical assistance across various departments.
  • Engage in international standardization initiatives and represent the company at trade exhibitions as necessary.
  • Commit to the core values of safety and integrity in all aspects of work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with over 5 years of experience in tap changers.
  • Robust technical expertise in tap changer equipment and maintenance protocols.
  • Familiarity with tap changer monitoring systems and data interpretation.
  • Experience in transformer engineering assessments and client engagement.
  • Analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
