Job Summary
Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking a skilled Psychometrist to join our team. As a Psychometrist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for children up to the age of 18 with mental health, developmental disabilities, and/or emotional/behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments using a variety of tools and techniques
- Support clinical consultations, staff training, and clinical research activities
- Participate in program evaluation and data analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers
Requirements
- Master of Arts in Psychology or related field
- Extensive experience in conducting assessments with children
- Strong understanding of child development and mental health principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer software and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
