About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus, estimate food requirements, and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure that we are always meeting our high standards and providing excellent customer service.

  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.

  • Support for Veterans: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Veterans and provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination and provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities and offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
