Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bang'in Burger & Wings. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
- Staff Management: Train, mentor, and lead a team of cooks, kitchen assistants, and other support staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food meets our standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and working to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
