Position Overview

Company: Linds & Associates

We are seeking a skilled Law Clerk to support our legal team in various corporate governance and compliance matters. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization adheres to legal standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain corporate records, including minute books and annual filings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Review, amend, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements while maintaining an active directory.
  • Monitor ongoing litigation and manage the intellectual property portfolio.
  • Draft governance policies and assist in the creation of communications.
  • Review and draft resolutions and various commercial agreements.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory matters to the business.
  • Assist in managing key privacy compliance processes and respond to privacy-related inquiries.
  • Create templates and checklists to empower business teams in executing tasks independently.
  • Track deadlines for pleadings and filings.
  • Facilitate the collection and distribution of records for litigation purposes.
  • Oversee project management for various initiatives within the Legal Department.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a college or university degree and/or have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Paralegal or Law Clerk. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
