Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Governance: Advise on the organization's corporate governance requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance Management: Monitor and maintain active and pending litigation, intellectual property portfolio, and PPSA listings, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Policy Development: Draft and review governance policies and communications, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Agreement Management: Draft and/or review resolutions and certain commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Support: Advise the business on compliance and other regulatory matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Project Management: Provide project management oversight for various projects within the Legal Department, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college or university degree and/or 8+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Law Clerk.
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
