We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tech Experience Specialist to join our team as a Microsoft Product Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting cutting-edge Microsoft products in-store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Demonstration and Promotion
    • Engage and excite customers through interactive product demonstrations, showcasing the latest Microsoft products and services.
    • Drive in-store sales and boost product awareness by effectively communicating the value and benefits of Microsoft products.
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Accurately record and report sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
    • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering open communication and collaboration.

Requirements and Qualifications
