Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of R&D Tech GxP and non-GxP applications, ensuring that service delivery meets the organization's and ITSM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain R&D Tech GxP and non-GxP applications to ensure compliance with organizational and ITSM standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in service processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Provide best-in-class Service Management by promoting ITIL best practices in R&D Tech area.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, compliance, and ITSM practices.
- Expertise in integrating agile methodologies within professional frameworks.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet timelines.
- Adaptability to enable flexibility in navigating change and evolving priorities and respecting timelines.
