Lead Brand Strategist

The Lead Brand Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping the most essential strategies for our organization.
This position acts as a vital collaborator with various stakeholders, ensuring the success of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating impactful recruitment from entry-level to executive positions.
- Managing multiple hiring priorities concurrently (up to 6 requisitions at once) while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Removing obstacles to successful recruitment through innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Driving changes in hiring perspectives and philosophies by presenting data in a compelling and effective manner, both in discussions and presentations.
- Enhancing the capabilities of Hiring Managers by providing training on new processes and approaches to recruitment strategies.
- Monitoring internal metrics to evaluate personal performance and other key indicators of recruitment success.
- Assessing risks throughout the candidate pipeline and proactively addressing them using diverse strategies.
- Acting as a headhunter, introducing creative and transformative methods to our talent sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Exhibiting strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence change through data.
Essential Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a knack for creative problem-solving and a sense of urgency.
- Experience in recruiting for both technical and go-to-market roles.
- Willingness to work in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
