About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our Marketing team at Lyft. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Translate business needs into clear and inspiring creative briefs, guiding strategic creative development and uncovering compelling consumer insights for messaging and design.
  • Lead Creative Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape brand experiences for Lyft, identifying opportunities to influence product and experience design that reinforce brand positioning and messaging.
  • Optimize Campaigns: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and consumer insights, ensuring that our marketing efforts are effective and efficient.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience working in a brand planner/strategy role, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.
