Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, the Lead Brand Marketing Strategist will take charge of defining and executing our brand strategy. This role is pivotal in driving innovative marketing initiatives that elevate our visibility among small business owners across the United States and contribute to our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand recognition as the premier business banking solution for U.S.-based small businesses through creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that significantly boost brand awareness and align with our growth objectives.
  • Create a scalable playbook for brand campaigns that engage small business owners across various target sectors.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to design and lead campaigns that promote our brand as a top technology employer.
  • Oversee the production of engaging content across multiple platforms, including digital, video, social media, print, and experiential marketing, to authentically represent our brand.
  • Assess, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of our brand presence in the market, evaluating its contribution to overall business growth and positioning.
  • Establish campaign KPIs and work independently with the data team to generate insightful reports tracking progress against these metrics.
  • Ensure brand quality, integrity, and consistency across all marketing channels and customer interactions.
  • Manage external resources, such as freelance writers and designers, to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities for enhancing brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay informed on competitor marketing strategies and industry trends to support the development of high-quality campaigns.
  • Educate team members on the significance of branding and serve as a trusted resource for brand insights.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading strategic brand campaigns that yield measurable growth.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities with a passion for creating high-quality brand experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to assess the impact of branding efforts and inform future strategies.
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
