Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor at Cucina plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation team. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
This role is situated in a restaurant setting, where the supervisor will ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety measures.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
