Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of our restaurant, ensuring that all food service activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This position is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and quality service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
