Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Rocky's Donair Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily culinary operations and ensuring exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of team members responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Instruct staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for operations.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Work Schedule Establishment: Create and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
