Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Rocky's Donair Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and cost estimates for food services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Scope

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
