Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Educate staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Ingredient Estimation: Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Hire and onboard food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare financial plans and cost estimates for operations.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the establishment's culinary styles.
  • Work Schedule Management: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
