About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Evolution Fulfillment Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner, with all equipment and machinery in good working order.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and employee performance.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy loads and physical activity.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
