Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality services.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Exposure to odors.

  • Willing to relocate.
