About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Panesar Transport Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Ensure that office procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
