Pearl West Group is a rapidly growing e-commerce business that has experienced an average annual growth rate of 30% over the past few years. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team.

As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on our innovative and creative approach to business. Our company culture is built on a foundation of high standards, hard work, and a commitment to hiring talented individuals with strong critical thinking skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping, streamlining daily accounting, researching and analyzing accounts, and ensuring financial accountability. They will also be expected to stay up-to-date with current accounting technology and provide support to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management
  • Data entry and bank account reconciliation
  • Cash account monitoring and financial analysis
  • Financial reporting and record-keeping
  • Supporting the accounting team with financial tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Highly attentive to detail and organized
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
