We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Canadian Tax Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll and Tax Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as prepare tax returns and other financial reports.
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluent in English.
