Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at THAKKAR HOSPITALITY BC-LM INC. DBA TIM HORTONS. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Post journal entries
* Prepare trial balance of books
* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
* Attention to detail
* Fast-paced environment
* Tight deadlines
* Dependability
* Reliability
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 hours per week
