We are a dynamic and growing wellness company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST/HST and other relevant taxes.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions and benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budget variances and financial analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or certificate in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and organizational skills.
