Position Overview

As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. We seek individuals who are high achievers, process-driven, and adept at creating value. You will benefit from robust support through dedicated Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Marketing Partnerships, Alliances Team, Product Team, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement field sales strategies to generate demand.
  • Identify, cultivate, and sell the Tipalti Platform to key strategic clients.
  • Engage with various C-suite executives and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of over 20 opportunities consistently.
  • Construct an account penetration strategy that promotes multi-faceted access to critical accounts, often involving 8 or more decision-makers.
  • Create an Account Plan for targeted strategic accounts and drive its successful execution.
  • Craft and present exceptional proposals to C-level prospects.
  • Coordinate with client and internal teams to collaboratively develop Joint Vision Roadmaps that illustrate the value Tipalti will provide and the necessary client investments.
  • Most importantly, surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Experience: At least 4 years of direct sales experience within the software sector (SaaS solutions).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in a SaaS B2B technology environment.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
    • Expertise in managing a substantial sales pipeline with a consistent closing ability.
    • Focus on selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing solely on features.
    • Capacity to identify strategic client challenges and formulate unique, compelling value propositions.
    • Characteristics: Assertive, Passionate, Persuasive, Positive, Consultative, competitive spirit.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

  • Travel: Moderate to significant overnight travel (approximately 25% anticipated).
  • Work Schedule: Standard business hours within the relevant geographic location and time zone.
  • Flexibility: Requires coordination across time zones with internal teams and external clients.
  • Work Environment: This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a workstation.
