About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sofari Collections Limited. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Technology: Proficiently use MS Office and other software applications to perform administrative tasks and maintain office systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.

The primary language of work is English.
