A leading recruitment firm is on the lookout for a Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations who will spearhead the management and personnel responsible for all food and beverage services catering to a vast number of guests at various locations.

As our Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Enhancing financial performance through departmental reporting, annual budgeting, and daily expenditure monitoring.
  2. Overseeing inventory control, product costs, cash management, and procurement. Implementing cost management strategies to ensure favorable financial outcomes.
  3. Serving as a key liaison among teams, including operational partners, internal teams, and other departments to guarantee optimal operational efficiency.
  4. Developing and proposing menus, promotions, and programs that align with company standards.
  5. Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and company associates.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all security, safety, and sanitation regulations while enforcing responsible alcohol service practices.
  7. Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring direct reports and hourly staff. Building a cohesive team based on individual strengths and ensuring accountability for job roles.
  8. Implementing engagement strategies to recognize, motivate, and celebrate outstanding individual and team performances.
  9. Exhibiting meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, collaborative communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

To be considered for the role of Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management at a Director of Operations or General Manager level within a high-volume sports and entertainment environment.
  2. At least 2 years of experience at a Vice President level is preferred.
  3. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales is advantageous.
  4. Effective communication skills with management, guests, and staff, including proficiency in English for speaking, reading, writing, and basic math.
  5. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.
  6. Capability to maintain organization in a dynamic environment.
  7. Exhibiting initiative, accountability, adaptability, and leadership qualities.
  8. Willingness to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business needs arise, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a readiness to learn internal retail and technology systems.
