As our Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing financial performance through departmental analytics, annual budgeting, and daily expenditure oversight.
- Managing inventory control, product pricing, cash management, and procurement processes. Implementing cost-saving measures to ensure favorable financial outcomes.
- Serving as a key liaison among operational teams, including partners and internal departments, to promote effective operational efficiency.
- Creating and proposing menus, promotional activities, and programs that align with company standards.

To be considered for the role of Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations, you should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management at a Director or General Manager level within a high-volume sports and entertainment environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Vice President capacity is preferred.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in English, including reading, writing, and mathematical capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop staff.
- Capability to maintain organization amidst changing circumstances.
- Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and possessing strong leadership traits.
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a readiness to learn internal retail and technology systems.
