Position Overview: We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations who will oversee the management and personnel responsible for all culinary and beverage services provided to numerous guests visiting our client's venues annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance financial performance through detailed departmental reporting, annual budgeting, and diligent monitoring of daily expenditures.
- Supervise the management of all inventory, product costs, cash handling, and procurement processes. Implement necessary cost control measures to ensure favorable financial outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison among team members, including operational partners, internal teams, and other departments to guarantee optimal operational efficiency.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal associates.
- Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and sanitation regulations, while upholding responsible alcohol service standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor direct reports and hourly staff. Employ engagement strategies to recognize, motivate, and celebrate exceptional performance across the organization.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management at a Director of Operations or General Manager level within a high-volume sports and entertainment environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and team members in English, with strong reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills.
- Willingness to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as required by business needs, with a flexible schedule to accommodate nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning internal retail and technology systems.
