Pharmacy Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at Eagle Wellness Inc. As a Pharmacy Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure that all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
