We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department, ensuring high standards of practice, and delivering exceptional pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department, fostering a community-oriented working environment that promotes professional excellence.
  • Ensure the pharmacy maintains high standards of practice, providing exceptional pharmacy services and operating efficiently.
  • Hire, schedule, and manage payroll for pharmacy staff, as well as provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the use of pharmacy technicians and state-of-the-art technology to relieve pharmacists from routine tasks and enhance patient care.
  • Develop and implement disease management and compliance programs, as well as participate in community seminars and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience.
  • Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College.
  • Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business.
  • Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations.
  • Ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style.
  • Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
  • A high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Strong computer skills.
