Pharmacy Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at Eagle Wellness Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.
- Operational Planning
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Management
- Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the pharmacy department.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services and products.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
