Pharmacy Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at Eagle Wellness Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including developing and implementing pricing and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- 3-4 years of experience in a pharmacy management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
