About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy Department at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and ensuring the pharmacy maintains high standards of practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership to the Pharmacy Department and ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently.
- Hire, schedule, and manage payroll for pharmacy staff.
- Develop and implement ongoing training and development programs for pharmacy staff.
- Monitor patient profiles and perform drug usage reviews.
- Develop and implement disease management and compliance programs.
- Participate in community seminars and workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 1-2 years of community pharmacy experience.
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license and in good standing with the provincial College.
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of the pharmacy business.
- Ability to lead a team and have a coaching management style.
- Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and work well under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Strong computer skills.
