We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at Eagle Wellness Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily operations of the pharmacy department
- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold in the pharmacy
- Implement pricing and credit policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pharmacy
- Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The successful candidate will work in a pharmacy or drugstore setting, with own transportation and access to public transportation.
