About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Department Manager to join our team at Eagle Wellness Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.
  • Operational Planning
    • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the pharmacy department.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services and products.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
