Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Daily Naturopathic Centre Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Documentation and Data Entry: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
