Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Rocky's Donair Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Financial Responsibilities

Manage a budget ranging from $0 to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify service offerings and implement operational protocols.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Role

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using electronic cash registers.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and spreadsheet applications.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
