Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.

Manage a budget of $0 - $100,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish the types of services to be provided and implement effective operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
