About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Shiv Foods Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing effective solutions.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and customer preferences.
  • Staff Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and provide feedback to our staff, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Daily Operations Planning: Develop and implement effective plans to manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and execute events, such as catering and private functions, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in budget management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
